WEEKS 1 & 2, Dance: cardio, dance steps, stretching, toning
WEEKS 3 & 4, Self Defense: cardio, basic punching, kicking techniques, strength & stretching
WEEKS 5 & 6, Yoga: stretching, toning & meditation using breath & body
WEEKS 7 & 8, Nutrition: understanding how foods and supplements function in the body, toxin awareness.
