Now is the time to get fit, build confidence, improve coordination, feel great and look your best, physically, mentally and spiritually. Don't let your age or fitness level be a barrier to good health as you train at your pace. Dennis James and VIP Team of Wellness experts will guide you to Living a Healthy Lifestyle. Experience four programs that can be utilized in your daily living. Our flexible schedule lets you choose your level of either once a week or twice a week. Bring a yoga mat, waterbottle, and wear comfortable clothes. WEEKS 1 & 2, Dance: cardio, dance steps, stretching, toning WEEKS 3 & 4, Self Defense: cardio, basic punching, kicking techniques, strength & stretching WEEKS 5 & 6, Yoga: stretching, toning & meditation using breath & body WEEKS 7 & 8, Nutrition: understanding how foods and supplements function in the body, toxin awareness.
